Inbox Heaven works alongside your existing Gmail or Outlook account. Your original inbox stays exactly where it is while Inbox Heaven learns how you like your email handled.

What kinds of email is Inbox Heaven good at?

Will Inbox Heaven delete my emails?

Never. You always stay in control. As automation grows, you'll always choose the level of authority you're comfortable giving Inbox Heaven. Remember, Inbox Heaven works outside of your existing inbox. It doesn't delete the originals.

What if Inbox Heaven gets something wrong?

That's expected early on. Simply move the email where it belongs or correct the decision. Inbox Heaven remembers your feedback and gets smarter over time. 

How quickly will my inbox improve?

Usually within the first few days. The more feedback you give Inbox Heaven, the better it understands what deserves Heaven... and what belongs in The Abyss.
